This Privacy Policy describes how SIA Ex-IT Solutions (”we”, “us” or “Ex-IT Solutions”) collects, stores and uses data and information collected or submitted on the HuntNet platform, website, mobile application and related services (collectively “HuntNet”). By using the platform, you acknowledge this privacy policy.

We collect, store and process data that you provide to us, that we generate on your behalf, or that is otherwise supplied to us, as part of you using HuntNet:
We may also collect data, including personal data, from other sources, such as app stores, social network platforms, our partners or third persons that provide data to us.
We collect, store and process this data to provide our services to you. We strive to collect and store only the minimum amount of data necessary for this purpose.
If you grant location permissions, the HuntNet app may access your device’s location to display your position on maps or to set coordinates for entities you create. Location shown on maps is processed locally and not transmitted to our servers. If you choose to use your location when creating an entity, those coordinates are stored as part of the entity’s data, the same as if you had entered them manually.
If you use HuntNet on behalf of a hunting collective or other legal entity, by providing to us data about such an entity or belonging to such an entity, you attest that you have the rights to do so and grant us a license to use such data as explained in our Terms of Service.
If you opt into receiving commercial communications from us, we may store your contact information (e-mail and/or phone number) separately from your account, and share it with third-party service providers to issue such communication to you.
We process data for the following purposes (legal bases):
We store your data for as long as we need to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy. You have the right to delete your data at any time by deleting your account and ceasing to use our services.
We may have legal obligations to store or process specific data for durations other than expressed here. Ex-IT Solutions is incorporated in, and subject to the laws of, the Republic of Latvia.
We may suspend or terminate accounts or delete data in limited circumstances, including without limitation legal obligations, protection of the security of the platform, or violations of our Terms of Service. Where feasible and lawful, we shall notify you prior to deletion.
When you request deletion of data, or data is to be deleted pursuant to processes described within this Policy, we shall remove it from live systems without undue delay. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backup copies, intended for disaster recovery purposes, for up to 90 days. If we are unable to remove your data from a backup for technical reasons, we shall inform you of such a circumstance and ensure such data is not restored to the live systems if disaster recovery is commenced.
We may store certain basic information for legal, accounting and safety purposes even after your account is deleted. Where possible, we use anonymized (hashed) versions of such information.
If you opt into receiving commercial communications from us, we store your contact information for as long as you consent to receiving such communications, and delete this data or the relevant copies of it without undue delay when you revoke your consent, and require our service providers to delete it as well.

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority without undue delay, and where required, within 72 hours of becoming aware. If the breach is likely to result in a high risk to individuals, we will also notify affected individuals without undue delay.

Such third-party service providers receive only the minimum data necessary for provision of their services. The privacy policies of the corresponding third-party service providers apply to the data sent to their systems.

Where possible, we strive to use instances of such services that restrict data residency to within the European Union, however, some of the data processing might happen outside of the European Union. In such cases, we ensure that the privacy protections applied by such providers and in such processing are at least equivalent to those outlined in this Policy.
We may have legal obligations to share data with third parties if required by law or public authorities. Ex-IT Solutions is incorporated in, and subject to the laws of, the Republic of Latvia. Insofar we are in the legal right to do so, we strive to notify you as the owner of the data about such data disclosures.
If you opt into commercial communications, your contact information may be shared with third-party service providers to manage and issue such communications.
We use cookies and similar tokens within HuntNet. Hereinafter, the term “cookies” includes both HTTP cookies, as well as other similar persistent or session-scoped tokens or beacons.
Certain cookies (”required cookies”) are set by our website or app and are necessary for it to function, and cannot be switched off without losing the ability to use our services.
Additionally, we use analytical cookies, set by our website or third-party service providers to more accurately gather information about visits, traffic sources, usage and performance of our website and apps. These cookies are considered mandatory, and by using HuntNet, you consent to them.
Links to third parties in the HuntNet website or mobile apps are not endorsements; this Policy does not apply to data available or provided by or to such parties; and we are not responsible or liable for the content or activities of such parties.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing of your data, and other legal rights regarding your data. If you want to exercise the rights granted to you by the GDPR or other applicable laws, please contact us via email at info@huntnet.co. We may require additional proof of identity before taking any action. We normally process such legal rights requests within one month of reception; if proof of identity is required, the processing deadline starts at the time we receive such proof of identity. If we are unable to process your request in time, such as due to it being excessively large, or unable to process your request altogether due to it being manifestly unfounded, we shall inform you of this fact as well as the reasons for it.
You have the right to lodge a complaint about our data processing or fulfillment of your rights to your respective data protection supervisory authority. We do not carry out any automated decision-making which has legal effects or similar significant effects on you.
No part of HuntNet is structured to attract anyone under the age of 18. We do not collect, store or process data from those who we know are under the age of 18; if we do so unknowingly, we will delete such data as soon as we become aware of this fact.
We may from time to time modify this Policy; in case of such modifications, we will send a notification to you. For accounts registered after this Policy is modified, the updated version is effective immediately; for existing users, the updated version comes into effect 30 days after a notification is sent, unless a different deadline is specified in the notification.
If such modifications are limited to editorial adjustments that do not substantially change the interpretation of any rule or this Policy as a whole, we reserve the right to not send a notification and make the modified version of the Policy effective immediately.
If you continue to use HuntNet after a modification of this Policy comes into effect, you acknowledge the updated version of the Policy. If you do not wish to acknowledge a modification of this Policy, you may discontinue use of HuntNet and delete your account and data.

For purposes of this Annex, “use HuntNet” is equivalent to having a user account with HuntNet with activity in the past 12 months. If you delete your account, the time of deletion is also the end time of such a retention period.
